The dreams of a man
The kingdom of heaven
To have and be
The things that are not
Of the earthly
Love and peace
Without pain
The things of a man

The dream is not for
The dream itself, alone
Be not complete
But for the dreamer
Because it must
Be needful of
The more than
It is on its own

The dreamer also is
Not of himself, alone
Be not outside
But all the more within
Where rivers flow
And dreams can grow
Without pain
The things of a man

The dreams of a man
The kingdom of inside
That flows without
And giving all the more
And receiving
That life can be
Without pain
The things of our Lord
