Provided by God

Now the word of the Lord came to me saying, “Son of man. Ezekiel saw the wheels.” (Go to Ezekiel and read chapter 12.) As I was reading – “You dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but does not hear; for they are a rebellious house” (Ezekiel 12:2 NKJV) – the Lord spoke and said, “You dwell in the midst of a rebellious house.” As I read on, the Lord stopped me and said, “The country is already in captivity. It is a captivity of the mind and of thought. They are held captive by their sins and their children are born into their captivity. Speak to My children.”

“And God created the man in His own image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female. And God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the seas, and over birds of the heavens, and over all beasts creeping on the earth. And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant seeding seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree seeding seed; it shall be food for you” (Genesis 1:27-29 LITV).

In the beginning of mankind’s walk Adam walked with God and talked with God in the garden, until the day he hid. Adam heard the word of God and made a decision to believe the lie of the enemy (read Genesis 2 & 3). Nowhere does it say that dominion was transferred to the enemy. Each generation of mankind had a choice and each of us at some point made a decision to sin. Each of us, born into the captivity of sin, made a decision to remain in captivity. Still the dominion remained with mankind.

“And it happened, when you heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, while the mountain burned with fire, you came near to me, all the rulers of your tribes, and your elders, and you said, ‘Behold! Jehovah your God has made us see His glory and His greatness to us, and we have heard His voice out of the midst of the fire; we have seen today that God speaks with man, and he lives’” (Deuteronomy 5:23-24 LITV). Just as Adam heard the word from the Lord, so did the children of Israel, but they answered, “You go near and hear all that Jehovah our God may say, and you shall speak to us all that Jehovah our God may speak to you. And we will hear it and do it” (Deuteronomy 5:27 LITV). Mankind asked for another voice to be in between God and themselves. Mankind asked not to hear from God directly, but to have another priest.

“And all the elders of Israel gathered and came in to Samuel, to Ramah. And they said to him, ‘Behold, you have become old, and your sons have not walked in your ways. Now appoint a king to us, to judge us, like all the nations’” (1 Samuel 8:4-5 LITV). “And Jehovah said to Samuel, ‘Listen to the voice of the people, to all that they say to you. For they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from reigning over them’” (1 Samuel 8:7 LITV) . Mankind asked for a king from among other men and rejected God as King.

Mankind rejected God as the voice that we would follow and we have all sinned and are held captive by our sins. Mankind rejected God as our priest and asked for a man to be our priest. Mankind rejected God as our King and asked for a man to rule over us. Mankind gives in to the enemy by believing him and following him instead of God. Jesus Christ came to change those things. “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed” (Luke 4:18 LITV). “Then Pilate said to Him, ‘Are You really a king?’ Jesus answered, ‘You say that I am a king. For this purpose I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I might witness to the Truth. Everyone being of the Truth hears My voice’ (John 18:37 LITV). “And having been perfected, He came to be the Author of eternal salvation to all the ones obeying Him, having been called out by God as a High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 5:9-10 LITV).

Jesus Christ was born of the bloodline of King David, the king of promise. “And your house shall be established, and your kingdom before you forever. Your throne shall be established forever. According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so Nathan spoke to David” (2 Samuel 7:16-17 LITV). At birth, Jesus reestablished God as King.

“In the days of Herod the king of Judea, there was a certain priest named Zacharias, of the daily course of Abijah. And his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth” (Luke 1:5 LITV). Zacharias and Elizabeth were the parents of John the Baptist. It was John the Baptist that baptized Jesus and said of Him, “That One must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30 LITV). The priesthood established in man was returned to God.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins. “For I delivered to you in the first place what I also received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3 LITV). He rose on the third day, and was seen alive. Is it not written, “to whom also He presented Himself living after His suffering, by many infallible proofs, being seen by them through forty days, and speaking the things concerning the kingdom of God” (Acts 1:3 LITV)? And He returned to be seated in heavenly places. “And saying these things, as they looked on, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him from their sight” (Acts 1:9 LITV).

We do serve a King that is God. We can hear directly from the voice of God, as we have a Priest that is God. We no longer have to be held captive by our sins, because God has set us free. We do have to accept God as our King and Lord. We have to accept His life in exchange for our life of sin. We have to acknowledge our need for salvation and accept forgiveness. We need to forgive others. “For if you forgive men their deviations, your heavenly Father will also forgive you” (Matthew 6:14 LITV).

We believe that God has the right to give dominion and that He never gave up that right. “The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand” (John 3:35 LITV). We believe, as a man Jesus had dominion in the earth, and returning to His glory, He has all authority in heaven and earth. “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me’” (John 14:6 LITV). The country is held captive by sins, but the way to freedom has been provided by God in God to God.
