Good morning LORD, it’s another day
That I woke feeling like I let You down
Because my works do not match my desire
Your commandments are that we should
Believe on the One that You have sent
And to love one another as He taught

LORD, I believe in the begotten Son of God
Sent by the Father, out of His unending love
I believe in the Holy Spirit that brings
The seed of love to plant within our hearts
I believe that Yours is the Kingdom and power
That will bring love to this troubled world

LORD, when You hear the heart of the humble
It is You that prepares and gives the desire
You are the delight of my bleeding heart
That desires to reach out to a wounded world
With the healing hands of Your compassion
And the truth that is within Your living word

LORD, shepherd our pastors and teachers
Prophecy to the prophets and send the apostles
Give zeal to the evangelist; stir up the ministry
LORD, let Your love give us servants’ hearts
If I exalt myself, tear me down and build me up
To be the vessel of the LORD, filled with You
