God called and said, “Enter by the gate”
And I answered, “Yes and amen.”
Looked and saw the yard outside the temple
God called and said, “Enter by the doorway”
And I answered, “Yes and amen.”
Looked and saw the outer temple
God called and said, “Take another step”
And I answered, “Yes and amen.”
Another and another and another
Until I could not see where I was from
But only where God was leading me
God called and said, “Take another step”

Rejoice you partakers of Christ’s suffering
That when His glory is revealed you may
Also be glad with Christ’s exceeding joy
Count all things lost for the knowledge
Of the Lord Jesus Christ, they are trash
For He is within and He is righteousness
The righteousness from God by faith
And Justified by faith we have peace
With God through our Lord Jesus
Being crucified with Christ; He lives
The life I have now in flesh, He lives
Because I live my life by faith in Him
