Jesus went down to the sea
and called to fishermen on the boats
to come and minister to His own.
Jesus went to a tax collector
And asked him to be an apostle.
To them all He said, Follow Me.

Jesus went into the heavens
asked His Father to send the Spirit.
The Holy Spirit calls us to Jesus
and asks us to be His ministers.
The Spirit is the voice of Jesus
the Word of God calling to us.

Jesus said, I Am the Shepherd
That Ezekiel spoke of
Come to lead my flock with love
Now that the Son is glorified
He invites us to be free
To us He has said, Follow Me.

I Am the Way, the Word, the Truth
God is waiting for you to hear Me
I Am Righteousness and Salvation
Not for Myself, but for you
I Am nailed to a piece of wood
Do you hear Me calling, I’m calling

Take a moment and listen to the wind
You may hear people calling out My name
Listen to the trees in the fields
As they clap and call out with joy
It was My creation that hung Me
Upon a tree to die that they may live

Father forgive them for they knew not
That I was Your Son and Your Word
Because they did not hear My voice
Nor would they listen to the prophets
Or the judges and ministers of old
When My story they foretold

Father forgive them, bring them home
Do not leave them out on their own
Give them peace, My peace I leave
Send them Our Spirit the Comforter
Let them that will hear My voice
Let it say to them, Follow Me

Follow Me, Follow Me, Follow Me
Follow Me home to the Father
Follow Me to the kingdom of God
prepared for you today and evermore
Follow Me, hear Me, hear My voice,
sent to all of you , Follow Me.
