I Know She’ll Be Whole

There is a trembling in my heart
A rumbling from the Lord of lords
A raging river that has started
Breaking the walls that held me in
To find I am forever with Him

The enemy has held me back
By building walls to stop the love
That now rages to destroy his plan
It is the love I need to free
Someone I love more than I love me

The wall was built from broken dreams
That I was too afraid to dream
While the devil played out his scheme
God was always on the scene
Sending the love to break my heart free

Daddy I’m coming home to You
I need to see You face to face
One father to another Father
To ask You about our daughter
And the promises You made to her

The world claims You can’t save her
Any more than You did Your Son
Didn’t Jesus die so I can call
Upon His stripes to heal my child
For proof He walked out of the tomb

Not to proud to get on my knees
To acknowledge Him as my King
I’m calling to You in Jesus name
Can I touch the hem of His robe
If I do I know she’ll be whole
