The Attractiveness Of Sin

Lucifer, you have become
The attractiveness of sin
You have willed yourself
To be outside of God’s family
The Lord Jesus is my Lord
And I have no part in you
But if you were to come
To my Lord and find His Grace
I would welcome you and find
Within myself an embrace
For the returning of one
That set this life to be death
Think of the ones
That would come to the Lord
Think of the feast
Of the returning Angel and one third
Think of the joyful songs
That the heavens would sing
Be not too proud of yourself
To chose life more fulfilling
The city has been prophesied against
And yet is not doomed
There are sackcloth and ashes
Enough for the many
And shade on this hillside
For one waiting the destruction
Pray life everlasting
With reason and joy, not frustration
Today is the day and the hour
Is about us everywhere
Turn from the path that takes away,
To one that is the Way
