Hear my cry for justice
Hear my honest plea
Salvation comes with Your presence
Your stance making the upright

You know my heart
You have stayed the night
News of You guards my feet
You fortify my steps

You shield me from destruction
By Your overcoming
Hear my meditation
And give purpose to my wandering

Bless my body with new parts
To glorify Your name
Hide me in Your mercy
To increase Your fame

Do not let evil men say
Look at him who proclaimed
The works of God to be something
Brought down to nothing

I know I will see righteousness
And love in the land of the living
When I see Your face
I will know our likeness
