Love existed without the touch of flesh
Love was not among the things created
Love does not require the things of man
Love is felt without the human hand
Love is not male or female but eternal

Love existed and exists without boundaries
Love cannot be trapped or held captive
Love is not the consummation of lustful dreams
Love is not the power in a flower’s peddles
Love is not the worker bee or his pollen

Love is faithful, endless, and long suffering
Love does not need to care for itself
Love is not a feeling and is not always felt
Love is not without feeling or emotion
Love has never started a war or killed a king

Love existed before the beginning of time
Love sent by God became His begotten Son
Love comes to us as a product of the Spirit
Love dwells where it grows and never dies
Love is never hard but mends the hard heart

Love existed before the pain that causes fear
Love is always for your good and never harm
Love is always a blessing and never a charm
Love will never leave you nor forsake you
Love exists because God exists and so loved
