When I was about sixteen and hitchhiking, a car stopped and gave me a ride. There isn’t much about the driver or car I can remember, but hanging on the review mirror there was a red plastic devil figure. While glancing at the figure a vision began. In the vision the figure began to move as if it was alive. All of a sudden the passenger window shattered and a bullet penetrated my right cheek, teeth, and left cheek. The vision ended, the car stopped, and I got out.

Decades later I had a vision with one similar element. In this vision I was standing alone near a cliff looking at a beach with blue water. There were people I knew on the beach, and I waved to them. All of sudden a bullet penetrated my right cheek, teeth, and left cheek. Just as sudden I saw my body on the ground getting smaller and smaller. At once I was standing in the clouds accompanied only by a figure like that of a man in the distance surrounded by light. “LORD,” I said.

“Yes,” He replied. And then there appeared two beings appearing as men, but I knew them to be angels. Each man took me by my forearms, one on the right and one on the left. As we started walking there appeared lines of men, women, and angels for as far as my eyes could see. In the lines there were empty places, and I was escorted to one of the places in the first line.

One of the angels looked at me and said, “Wait here.” The vision ended. Then I remember reading, “He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.” And also, “Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, ‘Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.’” And again, “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.”

Jesus told us His own would know His voice. The dreams and visions began when I was four years old. I can still remember the first one, and the manifestation. God prepares us. It is written, “Certainly the Lord God does nothing, until He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” God speaks in differing ways, and His own know. The man in the vision might well be me, but also represents multiple believers. There is a reason God wants this told now. Was it not written, “it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow ministers and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was fulfilled.”
