He has blinded their eyes
and hardened their hearts,

The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
because He has anointed Me
to preach the gospel to the poor
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovery of sight to the blind (Luke 4:18)

The LORD builds up His children
He gathers together the outcasts
He heals the brokenhearted
And binds up their wounds.
He counts the number of the stars
And He calls them all by name ((Psalm 147:2-4 (vs. 2 not a direct quote))

He is healing their eyes
by dwelling in their hearts,
so they will see with their eyes,
so they should understand
with their hearts and turn,
so that I shall heal them
