What is this love
Given from the Father
That we should be His children
We should be like Him
Abide in Him
He has taken your sins
And you live in the Father
Being born of God
Who loves his brother
He who loves the Father
If hated, do not marvel
They hated our Lord
By this we know love
Jesus laid down His life
For our brothers we should live
We should be like Him
Who lives in His love
He abides in their heart
By the Spirit He gives us
We know this is truth
