I love the Lord my God
With all my heart and all my soul
But I’m not always sure
What that means, what I just said
How can I, being I, love Him
Must admit, I cannot alone
It has to be Jesus, Jesus
It is that I am in Christ Jesus
He is the righteous Way
My Righteousness, my Savior
Living in His name, in Jesus

Because in my heart He lives
And my soul surrenders to the Lord
Take myself out of the way
And now I know how I love Him
It has to be Jesus, Jesus
It is that I am in Christ Jesus
