Praise is more than the words I say
It’s in the way I live everyday
Praise is more than the songs I sing
It’s in the way I do everything

Wake up in the morning and say
Thank You Lord God for making this day
Put my feet on the floor and say
Thanks to You I am living in grace

Walk in the kitchen and proclaim
The Lord made the food I will partake
Walk out the door and start to pray
Thank you for Your protection today

Go through the day the best I can
Because He is always by my side
Make the drive home to family
And thank the Lord God for the safe ride

Gather with family and friends
At a little hall where we praise and sing
And share the love He always brings
Thank the Father for our Lord and King

Praise is more than the words I say
It is in the way He lives in me
Praise is more than the songs I sing
It’s in the way He does everything
