If today was only a day
then it would not be
that there would be a need
to tell you that today
is not just a day.
Today is the only day,
there is no other.
But of tomorrow, you ask?
Tomorrow be not a day.
And of yesterday,
how can it claim such an honor.
What labor of tomorrow
gives it the status of a day?
And of yesterday,
can you be of it?
But of this day,
is it not all around you?
Is it not life itself?
