Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a retch, like me
I once was lost,
But now I ‘m found
Was blind but now I see

So clearly now
My sins were tied
So closely to the Saint
That gave His life, upon a tree
To give that grace to me

His loving grace
Now covers me
His favor like a shield
Surrounds my life, and keeps me free
In His love and mercy

His lasting peace
My heart now keeps
Because He doth dwell there
There is no veil, to keep me from
The presence of my Lord

Amazing grace
Is all I need
Because of what went in
To giving grace, to me this day
And for e-tern-i-ty
